Valores organizacionales y comunicación interna del personal asistencial en el hospital Hipólito Unanue, Lima-Perú

Se analizó la relación de los principios de la organización y la comunicación interna del equipo médico del centro de salud Hipólito Unanue Lima, en el año 2024. El estudio empleó una metodología cuantitativa no experimental, con una orientación correlacional que utilizó un cuestionario de dos preguntas (Valores organizacionales y Comunicación Interna). El grupo estuvo conformado por personal que labora en el centro de salud Hipólito Unanue (2393). Después de llevar a cabo el sondeo, un grupo de los participantes (96.2%) demostró que el nivel de valores organizativos es alto y otro grupo (74.7%) demostró que la comunicación interna es alta, evidenciando vínculos importantes entre los valores de la organización y la comunicación interna en elementos como la autoridad, el éxito, la autogestión, la bondad y protección. Se determinó que hay una relación significativa en medio de los principios de la estructura y la interacción interna, además estos valores presentan un impacto positivo en la comunicación dentro del equipo de atención del hospital.
