Abstract

The relationship between the principles of organization and internal communication of the medical team at the Hipólito Unanue Lima health center was analyzed in 2024.  The study employed a non-experimental quantitative methodology with a correlational orientation that used a two-question questionnaire (Organizational Values and Internal Communication). The group consisted of staff working at the Hipólito Unanue Health Center (2393). After conducting the survey, a group of participants (96.2%) demonstrated that the level of organizational values is high, and another group (74.7%) demonstrated that internal communication is high, evidencing important links between organizational values and internal communication in elements such as authority, success, self-management, kindness, and protection. It was determined that there is a significant relationship between the principles of structure and internal interaction, and these values have a positive impact on communication within the hospital care team.
