Benefits of physical activity Post Covid-19 in the students of the Mega Force gym

Globally, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused profound changes in social behavior and in the physical and mental health of the population. The media pointed to dramatic changes in sleep, substance consumption, physical activity, diet, and the subsequent consequences of leading a sedentary life. The objective of this research work "benefits of post-Covid-19 physical activity", exposes the work that I have been actively doing during the last year 2021-2022 at the Mega Force Hacienda gym, in which I work as a supervisor to help students recover their physical condition, based on breathing, toning, strength and resistance exercises. The benefits of muscle strengthening, physical activity as a fundamental element to recover cardiovascular and physical health.
