Abstract

Higher education is constantly challenged to find innovative and effective methods to enhance student learning. In this sense, social media has proven to be a powerful platform to promote student engagement and engagement. Among these social networks, TikTok has gained popularity in recent years, especially among young people. This research examines how TikTok integration can be used as an innovative tool in the context of higher education. The results of the research revealed that TikTok can be an effective tool to encourage the active participation of students in the learning process. The visual and interactive nature of TikTok allows students to creatively express ideas and share knowledge with their classmates. In addition, TikTok encourages collaboration and social interaction, as students can follow and comment on other students' content. Therefore, the integration of TikTok can be an innovative and effective tool to enhance learning in higher education. However, a careful approach is required to address the challenges and ensure responsible use of the platform. With proper implementation and a strong pedagogical approach, TikTok can provide an enriching and engaging educational experience for higher education students.
