This article is contextualized in the Information and Communication Society, where, due to the situation, Information and Communication Technologies have established a presence in all areas and particularly in that of education - a pillar of the development of countries - starting from From this background and due to the relevance it deserves, the issue of intergenerational digital gaps in University Education and its impact on learning is addressed; The question being, how do intergenerational digital gaps in Higher Education affect learning? all of this based on the field of Educational Communication and digital technologies. In conclusion, the relevance of inclusive and collaborative approaches to promote technological communication and the development of digital skills in all generations is highlighted.
