Self-archiving policy
EVSOS grants permission to authors to
- Archive a draft or manuscript on an open access preprint server before it has been submitted for peer review or any other quality assurance procedure as part of the publication process of this journal. See permissions in detail in Sherpa/Romeo.
- Archive a preprint of your manuscript that has not been evaluated by the journal or that has been evaluated, but is in the process of publication, in institutional open science repositories, for example in SciELO Preprints (In all cases of deposit of preprints, the editor must be duly informed at the time of submission of the original work; in the case of having your own DOI in an institutional repository, the URL DOI must be informed in due course).
- Archive the final, published version of the work in personal or institutional repositories. In all cases, the acknowledgement of the first publication must be included.
- Share the edited work in social networks, informing the credits. For example, ResearchGate, Academia, Mendeley.
- And all the rights granted by the Creative Commons Attribution International 4.0 licence, unless otherwise indicated.
