The legal institution of interest and its treatment in world globalization

Abstract

The present study intends to reflect on the assessment that is made from the legal categorization of interest and how said institution can be redirected in current times by the examination that globalization performs on it as an economic and political phenomenon. The purpose lies in meditating on how the initial notion has evolved to the rhythm of societies and the vision today is multidisciplinary from the individual so typical of the human being, as collective in terms of organization and then public when the common good is invoked. Philosophers have dealt with this problem almost without noticing it since time immemorial, where the orders related to participation, responsibility and knowledge interacted with each other, without neglecting ideological, moral, political and even religious topics, always seeking to legitimize not only their behaviors but also the public policies generated by the centers of power towards Latin America. The phenomenological orientation is based on information and macro positions in which we approach the qualitative through the socially oriented course.
