Three-Dimensionality of the Right to Opinion and Shared Ownership- First Family Court -Ayacucho, 2019

Abstract

The objective of this research was: To determine how the three-dimensionality of the right to express an opinion is related to shared tenure, in the First Civil Court of Ayacucho - 2019. To which, after being categorized, the three-dimensionality of the the right to express an opinion and, as a second variable, shared tenure. The research has been carried out through a quantitative approach, the methodology is of the deductive method type; the population and sample is made up of specialists from the Judicial District of Ayacucho, where the investigation was carried out and where the informants were found; the technique and data collection instrument used is the questionnaire; the data procedure was carried out with the SPSS program. From the result, it was established that shared ownership influences the defense of the best interests of children and adolescents, as compared with the information collected from experts in the District of Ayacucho. Concluding that shared tenure organizes the functions of the parents in a coparental manner, equitably exercising responsibilities and duties. Recommending the approval of a regulation that regulates this legal institution.
