Workplace communication and its impact on the performance of workers in a service company in Chimbote-2025.

This article originated from a research idea that aimed to investigate workplace communication and how it impacted each employee’s performance within a company. Therefore, the objective of this research was to determine the impact of workplace communication on employee performance in a service company in Chimbote–2025. The methodology used was basic in type, with a quantitative, non-experimental approach, as the results were collected through numerical data obtained in collaboration with the company where the previously designed instrument was implemented. Regarding the results, a significant relationship was found between workplace communication and employee performance within the company, since communication had a 59.4% impact on job performance. Likewise, a relationship was found between horizontal communication and employee performance, as it had a 55.5% impact on job performance. It was concluded that communication did indeed impact job performance, especially horizontal communication.
