This bibliographic review article, titled “The Importance of Collaborative Work in the Teaching-Learning Process,” aims to analyze the characteristics and impact of collaborative work within educational settings, emphasizing its role in enhancing student engagement, meaningful learning, and interpersonal skills. Conducted in 2024, this study analyzed ten articles published in indexed journals, employing a systematic literature review design to gather relevant data. The analysis identified that collaborative work in educational environments fosters both individual and group responsibility, strengthens communication skills, and enables deeper knowledge construction through continuous peer interaction. These findings underscore the importance of integrating collaborative methodologies in the classroom, as they significantly contribute to students’ holistic development and the acquisition of essential social competencies for their academic and personal growth.
