the present bibliographic review explores the relationship between institutional management and job satisfaction in university teachers through the literature published between the years 2019 to 2024, for the collection of information. Institutional management is defined as the set of policies, practices and strategies implemented by universities to create a favorable work environment, while teachers' job satisfaction refers to the positive perception and assessment of their work environment, working conditions and professional development opportunities. Through the analysis of recent research, it is identified how factors such as leadership, communication, organizational climate and professional development opportunities affect the level of job satisfaction of teachers in different higher education institutions. The findings show that efficient institutional management aligned with the needs of teachers not only improves their personal well-being, but also contributes to greater productivity and commitment to educational quality. This article contributes to the field of higher education by offering a comprehensive view on management practices that can enhance the professional development and commitment of university teachers, and suggests guidelines to strengthen job satisfaction in this context.
