Abstract

This argumentative essay aimed to reflect on the role of spiritual intelligence in the comprehensive training of primary education teachers. In this sense, a documentary investigation was carried out, following the clues of selected articles with the implementation of the signing technique. The theoretical development included the aspects: conceptual approach to the principles of spiritual intelligence, spiritual intelligence as a pillar of comprehensive primary education, in addition to the development of the idea related to facilitating significant and transcendental experiences in the classroom. Some conclusions show that spiritual intelligence in the training of primary education teachers promotes comprehensive personal development, balancing its emotional, intellectual and transcendental dimensions. This balance allows the teacher to be an ethical and empathetic model, promoting a meaningful learning environment, where students develop resilience, appreciation for human values ​​and a deep sense of belonging.
