University teaching in research processes

Abstract

Research itself is based on order and systematic use of thought, so engaging in this activity requires a certain profile that rests on a reflective-orderly attitude in order to maintain quality performance in investigative processes. It is like doing the task from start to finish with the participation of all the necessary elements for its achievement, such as the epistemic, ontological, and methodological bases, as well as the investigative attitude, investigative skills, investigative culture, among others, with an emphasis on the motivation and interest in research.

At the same time in this process there are two very important components such as the teacher and the advisee or student, this link allows validating the way in which the teacher leads his advisee towards research with dedication, support and constant feedback. Therefore, the teacher's skills must be reflected in their didactics in the development of investigative processes within the classroom and in the field of counseling. This will make the teacher favor the attitude towards research in undergraduate students, as well as promote in them the development and strengthening of investigative skills for the construction of new knowledge.
